In 1925, Pete and Bill Manes purchased this land with a vision of growth and a commitment to family. Their legacy was strengthened by Pete’s daughter, Thelma, and her husband, Tom, who managed these fields with devotion for decades. Today, that same care continues through their son, Mike, and daughter, Pattie, as they steward the land into its second century.
