Yia Yia’s Rice Pudding

  • 1/2 gallon whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Farmland rice

Mix and bring to boil stirring continuously. Add rice. Boil on medium about 1 and 1/2 hours, until thickened and rice has softened. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
