- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 large chopped red onion
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup bacon bits
Starting with lettuce, shred or tear lettuce apart and put in the bottom of an oblong pan, add on top in order of green pepper, celery, red onions, peas and end with more lettuce.
Add mayonnaise, and smooth to the edge of the pan. Add shredded cheese and bacon bits.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours
