Greek-Style Meat Balls

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 T parsley
  • Small chopped onion
  • 1⁄4 tsp mint
  • 1⁄4 cup mizithra cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp pepper
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1⁄4 cup flour
  • Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls, roll in flour and fry until golden brown.
