- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 T parsley
- Small chopped onion
- 1⁄4 tsp mint
- 1⁄4 cup mizithra cheese
- 1⁄2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp pepper
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- Oil for frying
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls, roll in flour and fry until golden brown.
