Spanish Rice

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rice (Uncle Ben’s Rice)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 3 teaspoons Knorr Tomato Chicken bouillon
  • 3 cups water

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add rice and stir until glossy, add salt and stir well. Add lime juice and simmer for 1 minute. Add water and bouillon.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
