    Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add rice and stir until glossy, add salt and stir well. Add lime juice and simmer for 1 minute. Add water and bouillon.   • 24 Hour Salad

    Starting with lettuce, shred or tear lettuce apart and put in the bottom of an oblong pan, add on top in order of green pepper, celery, red onions, peas and end with more lettuce.   • Potato Salad
